Murphy's will be opening tomorrow Wednesday March 7th at 8 AM

Shorts again last night after dark along with a few white perch was the word from both sides of the Toms River. Bloodworms is the bait of choice. It seems to be a night bite so get out there if you can. We have bloods in stock and more Kettle Creeks came in today.

Shorts and a few nice white perch were picked up last night by the Murphy crew along with Jim Mathis in the Toms River. Bloods was the ticket but there are bass hitting artificials. More good reports came from Oyster Creek as well. We have Bloods in stock so stop in and grab some and hit the back for some shorts.

Plenty of short bass in the Toms River as the Murphy crew picked them up last night on bloods. The Oyster Creek power plant is producing as one of our customers picked up 13 shorts jigging Kettle Creek shads this morning. We have Bloods and Sandworms in stock.

And it begins. The back bay and the river are open for bass and winter flounder. Already heard of a bunch of shorts on bloods this morning from a couple guys fishing the Toms River. We have bloodworms and sandworms and for the freshwater fisherman we have killies, shiners and nightcrawlers. It's time to get out there so stop in and pick up what you need on your way out.
